<p>PURPOSE:To form a prototype which is a wax structural body for dental technical work for forming the prototype (wax pattern) of clasp and bar castings in the case of working of the clasp and bar made of metals, saves time and manpower and is clean and free from mold collapse. CONSTITUTION:The wax structural bodies 1, 11 consist of first wax material layers 2, 12 which are wax materials having tacky adhesiveness and have adhesiveness to the surfaces or front surfaces of tooth patterns and second wax material layers 3, 13 which are laminated and joined to the first wax material layers and have a shape retaining property suitable for forming the prototype of the clasp and bar castings. The wax structural body 1 is a bar-shaped structural body having a semicircular section in cross section and the wax structural body 11 is a sheet-like structural body. The first and second wax material layers are laminated and joined to each other by adhesive materials or by thermocompression bonding.</p> |
