<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently carry out uniform grinding of coloring matter particles and dispersion and to obtain an ink having excellent delivery and shelf stability by dispersing a liquid containing the coloring matter so as to collide the coloring matter particles, not admixing impurities, etc., during pulverizing and dispersion. CONSTITUTION:This ink comprises a disperse dye and/or a pigment as a coloring matter, a compound to disperse the coloring matter and water and is obtained through a process for dispersing a liquid containing the coloring matter under 50-5,000kg/cm<2> liquid pressure so as to mutually collide the coloring matter particles. The process is passing the liquid containing the coloring matter through a disc having two holes to divide a passageway into two and then rejoining the liquid to mutually collide the coloring matter. The process is carried out several times. Preferably pre-dispersion by a homogenizer is carried out before the process and treatment such as centrifugal separation is done after the process.</p> |
