PURPOSE:To obtain a wire displacement compensator for a wire type working device retentive of working accuracy even if the position of a wire is displaced by contact pressure on the wire from a work. CONSTITUTION:Provided is an optical type bidirectional displacement meter 80 having a motor driven in the bidirection crossing with a table 5 at right angles, respectively and for detecting a displacement degree in the direction crossing with a wire at right angles. A feeding degree due to the motor is corrected by the displacement degree in the direction crossing at right angles, respectively detected by the detecting signal from the optical system bidirectional displacement meter 80. Thus, dislocation of the wire due to an applied load is corrected. |
