PURPOSE:To easily and safely obtain recyclable foam having uniform fine cells and enhanced in a closed cell ratio using clean inorg. gas. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin 1 is supplied into an extruder 2 to be melted and inorg. gas is mixed and kneaded with this molten resin within an extruder 2. The obtained kneaded matter is extruded in a cylindrical form from the cap 5 provided to the leading end of the extruder 2. At this time, a liquid having a b.p. lower than the softening point of the thermoplastic resin 1 is emitted to the inner surface of a cylindrical member 7 from the almost central part of the leading end of the cap 5 under constant pressure through a porous member 51 to cool the same. |
