PURPOSE:To make a surface of a thermoplastic resin made tube a new surface which is free from sticking of dust and oxidation by a method wherein an easily separable thin film is provided in close adhesion onto an outer peripheral surface of the thermoplastic resin made tube of a specific outside diameter. CONSTITUTION:When a thermoplastic resin made tube 2 is inserted into a tube like thin film 3a, and heated at a temperature higher than temperature at which it is expanded by pouring hot water thereon, the tube like thin film 3a is contracted, and a thermoplastic resin made tube for thermal fusion weld wherein the thin film 3a is stuck fast onto an outer peripheral surface of the thermoplastic resin made tube 2, is obtained. After cutting the thin film 3a on the outer peripheral surface at an end part of the thermoplastic resin made tube for fusion weld 1 by applying a knife to a boundary between a part to be inserted into a faucet 41 of a tube joint 4 and a part not to be inserted, the thin film 3a of the part to be inserted is peeled off. Then, a new surface of the thermoplastic resin made tube 2 is appeared at the end part. When the end part wherein the new surface is appeared is inserted into the faucet 41 of the tube joint, and electricity is conducted to an electric heating element 5 buried in an inner surface of the faucet 41, the faucet 4 is fusion welded to the thermoplastic resin made tube 2, and they are strongly bonded to each other. |
