PURPOSE:To support decision making of designing, improvement, etc., in a various transport business. CONSTITUTION:Information of a transport method in accordance with a transport plan is input from a transport plan information input part 1 to a transport standard information analyzing part 2. At the analyzing part 2, transport work is analyzed for each transport tool unit, and working cost for a unit hour, working personnel for a unit action, a loading working hour for the unit action, a moving distance at the time of transport, transport speed and an operation rate are computed. A transport standard information memory part 3 inputs these information to a transport index computing part 4, and the computing part 4 computes transport speed efficiency 6, transport amount efficiency 7, transport cost efficiency 8 and transport personnel efficiency 9 and outputs them to a transport efficiency comparison part 10. The comparison part 10 carries out comparison of each of transport means in consideration of a transport amount, speed, cost, personnel, etc., comparison in consideration of variation elements on the same transport means and computation and comparison of transport work elements after setting transport efficiency. |
