The first deviation measuring device, which is used for measuring the amount of deviation of the beam in the horizontal direction, includes a calibrated rod extending between either the reflector and the headlight body, in the case of a movable reflector type headlight, or between the vehicle body and the headlight body, in the case of a movable unit type headlight.
