PURPOSE:To easily manage working speed by detecting the movement of a worker, workpiece, or jig to a prescribed working position, or the movement of the worker, workpiece or jig leaving the prescribed working position by a detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A worker W, workpiece S or jig T moved to a working bench E is detected by a detecting means 10. This detection signal is transmitted to a control part 11, and the control part 11 measures the time in which the worker W, workpiece S or jig T is staying in the working bench E from the detection signal. The measured stay time of the worker W, workpiece S or jig T is managed as the time required for the worker W to end a work, or the working speed. The control part 11 compares the working time (stay time) with a maximum time value preliminarily inputted to the control part 11. When the working time exceeds the maximum time value, the control part 11 judges that the working speed of the worker W is slow, and outputs a display signal to a display part 12 to display an alarm on the display part 12. |
