<p>PURPOSE:To recycle resources and obtain a cement not causing the corrosion of reinforcing steel due to chloride ions by mixing an environmentally harmonizing hydraulic composition containing city waste ash with Portland cement. CONSTITUTION:An environmentally harmonizing hydraulic composition (A) containing highly basic calcium chlorosilicate or the highly basic calcium chlorosilicate and calcium chloroaluminate as main components and utilizing city waste ash is obtained. A clayey mineral selected from zeolite, kaolinite, montmorillonite, and sepiolite, or a substance (B) comprising one or more of pozzolan substances selected from fumed silica and chaff ash, large in the specific surface area and having a CaO-immobilizing performance is obtained. The component A is mixed with 5-30wt.% of the component B and subsequently compounded with Portland cement in a component A/Portland cement weight ratio of 2:8 to 5:5 to obtain a fast-hardening mixed cement.</p> |
