<p>PURPOSE:To optimize treating conditions of respective reaction chambers by pulverizing crude refuse to a muddy form, then separating the crude refuse to solid and liquid and treating both respectively at the time of subjecting the crude refuse to a microorganism treatment with fine wooden pieces and to improve treatment efficiency by dissolving soil bacteria, etc., in water for treatment. CONSTITUTION:The supernatant liquid, i.e., water for treatment contg. the soil bacteria, etc., of an adjusting tank 1 in which a bag previously encapsulated with the soil is suspended in the water, is supplied to a water tank 3 via a filter 2 at the time of treating the crude refuse. The crude refuse is first supplied to a disposer 4 and this crude refuse and the water for treatment are mixed and pulverized to the muddy form; thereafter, the mixture is supplied to a device 5 for separation of solid from liquid, where the crude refuse is subjected to the sepn. of solid from the liquid. The fine wooden pieces M which are subjected to liquid stagnating working and are added and adsorbed with N and P supplementing components are packed into the first reaction chamber 6 of a horizontal type mounted with an auger B having a horizontal revolving bearing A. The separated solid is charged into this reaction chamber.
