<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a control device against the malfunction by operating a stopper device when the steering angle of front wheels exceeds a set steering angle, and cancelling the regulation of the stopper device when the front wheel steering angle exceeds another setting angle and a steering switch is turned on. CONSTITUTION:When a car speed sensor 81 detects that the car speed is smaller than the set speed, an ECU 35 turns on an operation regulation cancelling relay 49. In the case where a steering angle sensor 33 detects that the front wheel steering angle exceeds a set steering angle thetaO, an electromagnetic solenoid 47 of a stopper device is electrified, and a plunger 83 is pulled out from a hole 89 formed in a rack 57 of a rear wheel steering device 53 to cancel the regulation of operation. In the case where the front wheel steering angle exceeds a set steering angle thetaA (>thetaO), rear wheel steering is performed for the first time, and at this stage, in the case where an abnormality is generated, motors 71, 73 are controlled to reset the rear wheel steering angle at a neutral position and energize the electromagnetic solenoid 47 at the same time, and the regulation of operation by a stopper device is thereby performed.</p> |
