PURPOSE:To attain thermal forming with surface protection film affixed by laminating the surface protection film consisting of high density polyethylene film of particular density on an acrylic resin plate through an adhesive layer consisting of ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer which contains a particular amount of vinyl acetate. CONSTITUTION:Surface protection film consisting of high density polyethylene film whose density is 0.94-0.95g/cm<3> is laminated on an acrylic resin plate through an adhesive layer consisting of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer of vinyl acetate content of 8-15wt.% to obtain an acrylic resin plate for thermoforming. It is thus possible to prevent a surface protective film from being broken at the time of thermoforming, produce the shape of the product faithfully, attain good cutting properties, restrain bonding power from increasing due to heating, and facilitate peeling-off. The surface protective film is manufactured by co-extrusion method, and the thickness of the ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer layer is 15-30% of that of the whole surface protective film. |
