PURPOSE:To provide an economical magnetic field type preventing device for sticking scale in a tube enabling to greatly reduce the equipment cost by enhancing ionic splitting stream efficiency and also to reduce the running cost. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a vertical magnetic field generation means 2 for applying vertical magnetic fields to a pipe line 1 allowed a fluid to flow, a horizontal magnetic field generation means 3 for applying horizontal magnetic fields to the pipe line, and a rotational scanning means 4 to be vibrated by utilizing repeatedly distribution positions of the vertical and horizontal magnetic fields in a prescribed range with a pipe axis of the pipe line as the center and rotating them. |
