PURPOSE:To enable smooth demolding by connecting respective molding faces with the cross parts of molding faces corresponding to the two crossing surfaces of optical disk substrates and forming a guide face not including the cross line of each molding face. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 36 corresponding to the shape of the setting part of an optical disk is formed on the molding face close to the central axis of a movable mold 30, and the side face 36B of the recessed part 36 is formed on a movable side bush 34. A guide face 37 is formed in the crossing part between the side face 36B and the extension face of the surface of a movable side mirror plate 35. A projected part 27 corresponding to the shape of the installation part of the clamping plate of the optical disk is formed in the part corresponding to the recessed part 36 on the molding face of a fixed mold 20, and the top face 27A and side face 27B of the projected part 27 are formed on a fixed side bush 23. Also, a guide face 28 is formed in the crossing part between the side face 27B and the surface 24A of an inside stamper holder 24. The preferable radii of curvature of the cross sections of the guide faces 37, 28 are 0.05-0.5mm. |
