PURPOSE:To efficiently remove a volatile component from a molten polymer. CONSTITUTION:A water injection foaming and volatilizing device is provided on the downstream side of a water injection dispersing zone 10 and an air bubble is grown within a molten polymer 20 in a vacuum expanding zone 30 having pressure reducing rings 32a, 32b and an air bubble/polymer interfacial area is more increased to remove a volatile component.
