PURPOSE: To provide a thermally sensitive recording material in which water resistance, especially warm water resistance, is improved. CONSTITUTION: A binder formulation of thermally sensitive recording material comprises a major proportion (50 wt.% or more) of an amide ammonium salt of a substantially non-esterified styrene/maleic anhydride copolymer and a minor proportion (50 wt.% or less) of polyvinyl alcohol. |
