<p>PURPOSE:To easily weld a stab and an electrode regardless of material of the electrode and automate the welding by integrating a mild steel-made pipe and the electrode material. CONSTITUTION:In an electrode ingot-making method composed of the mild steel-made pipe 1, mold 2, double surface plate 4, surface plate 5, runner 6 and pouring tube 7, the molten steel 3 is cast and the molten steel and mild steel-made pipe are combined by melting to form the integrated structure.</p> |
