PURPOSE:To mold a molded piece in a short molding cycle by providing heating plates, heat resisting plates, and cooling plates at both sides in the mold opening direction of molds and arranging the heating plates, the heat resisting plates and the cooling plates integrally with a mold clamping/opening device so as to quickly heat or cool even when the molds and a pressing machine are integrated. CONSTITUTION:After molds 21, 22 are closed and clamped by a fixed mold clamp pressure, heating plates 24, 25 are heated by heating members 24a, 25a. The temperature is controlled until a central part of a cavity 23 is heated to above a glass transition point of the resin, and the heating is stopped. During this time, temperature difference between cooling plates 28, 29 and the heating plates 24, 25 becomes large, and the heat moves in heat resisting plates 26, 27. The heat in the heating plates 24, 25 and the molds 21, 22 moves to the cooling plates 28, 29 passing through the heat resisting plates 26, 27. As the cooling plates 28, 29 are always controlled to have a constant temperature by a cooling medium such as air and warm water, the heat moved to the cooling plates 28, 29 is removed by the cooling medium. |
