In (I), R is C1-C6 alkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl, C3-C4 alkenyl or C3-C4 alkynyl, or -(CH2)n)-CH(R1)-COOR2, -CO-R3 or -SO2R4, or acetonyl, methoxymethyl, methoxyethyl, cianomethyl or dimethylaminoethyl (where n is 0 or 1, R1 is H, C1-C3 alkyl or acethyl, R2 is H or C1-C3 alkyl, R3 is haloalkyl, aryl or substituted aryl, R4 is C1-Cv alkyl, aryl or substituted aryl, wherein the substituent of aryl for R3 and R4 is methyl or halogen).
