The pump has an axial symmetry with a body (1) and piston (2) and a fixing assembly (6). The piston is mounted to slide in a sealed manner inside the body from its rest position and defines a pump chamber (3). The piston is moved upwards by a return spring (7) towards the fixing assembly. In the rest position the fixing assembly resists the force of the return spring. A regulator (9) is included that adjusts the volume of the pump chamber by the axial displacement of the piston in its rest position from the upper end of the pump body with respect to the fixing assembly.
