PURPOSE:To prevent the contents of identification information from being destroyed even when that information is reproduced and transmitted to a terminal by transmitting the identification information of still picture signals transmitted from a center while superimposing it during a still picture signal manufacture signal period, and recording that information in a recording medium such as a VTR. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 25 previously sets the identification information of an identification signal to be received and recorded to an identification detection circuit 23. The circuit 23 detects the superimposed identification signal from the regenerative still picture signal and compares whether it is matched with the identification information of the identification signal set from the circuit 25 or not for each still picture. When the matched identification signal is detected, the circuit 23 indicates the recording of the still picture signal under inputting at present to an image recording circuit 24. On the other hand, the circuit 23 transmits descramble information superimposed to the identification signal of the matched identification information to a descramble circuit 27. The still picture recorded in the circuit 24 is descrambled by the circuit 27 corresponding to the descramble information. The control circuit 25 changes over a switch 26, selects the regenerative signal in the circuit 24 and displays the target still picture on a television receiver 32. |
