PURPOSE:To detect internal cracks in a multilayer ceramic capacitor easily, positively and quickly without breaking the multilayer ceramic capacitor. CONSTITUTION:At least one of capacitance and dielectric loss formed is measured, and the measured value and a multilayer ceramic capacitor having no internal crack measured by the same method are compared, thus detecting internal cracks. |
