<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to push out a chip-shaped electronic part from one end part to the other end part of a part containing hole without giving large stress on the chip-shaped electronic part by using one plate for holding the chip-shaped electronic part. CONSTITUTION:A plate for holding a chip-shaped electronic part has a planar, hard frame 12, which has a plurality of through holes, a frame body 11, which is provided as a unitary body together with the frame 12 and surrounds the frame 12, and an elastic member 13, which covers the surface of the frame at the inner side of the frame body 11 and has a part holding part hole 14 at the part of the through hole. The diameters of the input sides at both ends of the part containing hole 14 is smaller than the size of the maximum width of the chip-shaped electronic part 15, and larger the diameter of the intermediate part is larger than the diameter of the input side.</p> |
