PURPOSE:To update a home memory with the routing number of a mobile communication switchboard existent in the area at the time of releasing a mobile equipment. CONSTITUTION:A mobile communication switchboard 1 is one of plural mobile communication switchboards inside the same position registration area and a switchboard for performing the call control of the mobile equipment and indicating simultaneous calling. A mobile equipment release judging means 11 judges the release of the mobile equipment corresponding to call release from the call originating side or call terminating side. A routing number acquiring means 12 acquires the routing number corresponding to N the mobile communication switchboard to which the mobile equipment is connected. A home memory updating means 13 transmits the routing number. A home memory 2 is a device for storing subscriber information such as the routing number or a position registration area number. A routing number storage part 21 stores the routing number.
