<p>This device comprises at least one transformer (9, 10, 11) supplied at its primary (9) with a three-phase alternating current and delivering on at least one secondary (10, 11) a three-phase current supplied to rectifier means which deliver as output rectified voltage and current to a load, these rectifier means being of the type comprising, for each secondary, controlled semiconductors (15, 16). According to the invention, the rectifier means comprise a freewheeling circuit (19), the said controlled semiconductors being triggered with essentially variable triggering angles modified so as to increase the conduction period in the freewheeling circuit while decreasing the conduction period in the triggered semiconductors, and vice versa, thus making it possible to deliver a substantially constant active power to the load in spite of impedance variations of the load. <IMAGE></p> |
