The detergent reduces the cleansing time of contaminated machinery and metal pipes in power plants, oil refinery and chemical plants by using ethylene glycolmonobutyl ether and alky benzene. The manufacturing method for the detergent comprises (A) mixing ethylene glycolmonobutyl ether with alkyl benzene, α-olefine and dodecylbenzenesulfonate; (B) adding citric acid or hydroxy acetic acid as an organic acid, hydrochloric acid or sulfuamic acid as an inorganic acid, vitamine-L as a reducer and several additives.
