PURPOSE:To realize the transmission display of a high-fidelity image such as a document or a photograph at a low cost by not using bring any special system but by using a normal television equipment. CONSTITUTION:At a transmission part, a high-resolution image signal is converted to an R, G and B or the digital signals of a luminance signal and a color difference signal and stored in a memory 22a by a converter 21. N pieces of picture images of NTSC are segmented from the high-resolution image signal by the memory 22a while using picture images, and those signals are converted to the N pieces of NTSC signals, put in order, serially outputted and outputted through a switcher 24 while riding on television signals. At a reception part, the serial NTSC signals received through a switcher 28 are turned to the N pieces of pictures and written in a memory 29, and the N pieces of NTSC signals are outputted and monitored. |
