PURPOSE:To provide a centralized monitoring system for an automatic teller machine(ATM), in which the number of ATMs to be integrally monitored is not limited by accessing information of plural controllers by a single console. CONSTITUTION:Each ATM 1 is connected to a controller 4 installed within an automatic machine monitoring center 3 through an ISDN network 2. Within the automatic machine monitoring center 3, the plural controllers 4, an integrated controller 5, plural consoles (CSL), 6 and an integrated console (CSL) 7 are mutually integrated by LAN 8. To the controllers 4 information concerning the state of ATM 1 is sent. The controllers 4 transmit sent information to the integrated controller 5 and to each console 6. The integrated console 7 can display information of all ATMs 1, which is gathered into the integrated controller 5. On the other hand, CSLs 6 can access to an optional controller 4 so as to display its information. |
