PURPOSE:To save trouble of contact representing the delivery of a job by providing a means notifying the end of execution of processing of the delivered job to a terminal equipment connecting to a network. CONSTITUTION:A discrimination section 1 discriminates whether or not a distribution message is sent based on information attended with distribution given from a job control section 7. When the distribution message is sent as the result of discrimination, a message control section 2 uses a distribution object ID based on the information attended with distribution received from the job control section 7 to extract the distribution message transmission method and a transmission address corresponding to the distribution object ID from a message transmission method storage section 3 and to give them to the message transmission section 4. The message transmission section 4 sends the message to the distribution objects depending on a destination address according to the distribution message transmission method received from the message control section 2. |
