<p>PURPOSE:To prevent engine stall when the clutch is disconnected or the brake is applied simultaneously with disconnection of clutch. CONSTITUTION:In a motorcycle where the output from an engine driven alternator 1 is rectified and fed to a load, a clutch switch 28 disconnects the connection between the alternator 1 and a full-wave rectifier 5 partially or entirely when the clutch is disconnected. Consequently, the engine load is lightened and engine stall is prevented.</p> |
