PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of vibrations caused by the turbulence due to mixing vanes. CONSTITUTION:Mixing vanes 11 are protruded from intersections P of straps 7 adjacent in diagonal directions to four lattice spaces 5 surrounding these intersections P on the plan view of a support lattice 4. Two mixing vanes 11 are protruded from each of the intersections P facing each other in diagonal directions in each lattice space 5. The number of the mixing vanes 11 protruded to the lattice spaces 5 arranged in the rightward/upward diagonal direction of the intersections P and the number of the mixing vanes 11 protruded to the lattice spaces 5 arranged in the rightward/downward diagonal direction of the intersections P are made equal. The mixing vanes 11 are arranged symmetrically with the center of the support lattice 4.
