PURPOSE:To accurately inverstigate a fault in a short time by simultaneous measurement by quantizing processed reproduced signals from a reproduced signal processing circuit and, at the same time, analyzing the reproduced signals by using exclusive software. CONSTITUTION:Each circuit of a record triggering section B is connected to equipment A to be measured and an internal abnormal operating state monitoring circuit, etc., are connected to each pickup of the equipment A. When the monitoring circuit detects the abnormal operation of the equipment A, upon receiving this detection signal, each measuring element circuit and recording mechanism start simultaneous measurement, recording, or are stopped by stopping instruction. Upon receiving a record starting signal from the triggering section B, a recording section D records signal-processed data signals before and after the record starting signal on a recording medium E. A reproduced signal processing section F fetches the signals recorded on the medium E and processes the signals so that the reproducing devices corresponding to each measuring element can be driven simultaneously. A signal analyzing and processing section I quantizes the reproduced signals by using a visualizing and displaying section K. |
