PURPOSE:To freely adjust the output timing of musical sound parameters by providing a parameter supplying means which reads musical sound parameters from each storage area of a parameter storage means and supplies them to a musical sound generating means. CONSTITUTION:A parameter supplying means changes a channel number based on the time from the beginning of a pipeline control of a prescribed channel number to the start of a use of a musical sound parameter. The musical sound parameters are stored in DRAMs 11 to 1N while using the changed channel number as write addresses. The musical sound parameters, which are used in each processing phase of each channel that controls pipelines, are read from each storage area of the DRAMs 11 to 1N while using the channel number being specified by a timing generating section 1 as read addresses and are supplied to a musical sound generating means. Thus, musical sound parameters are read from the DRAMs 11 to 1N with a good process timing of each processing phase of the pipeline controls and the output timing is freely adjusted. |
