LASER OSCILLATION EQUIPMENT AND SOLDERING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE:To provide a soldering method which improves reliability of cream soldering of a fine region and eliminates solder scattering and imperfect bonding. CONSTITUTION:A shutter 14 cuts off laser light from the radiation port of a laser oscillator 11. A window for transmitting laser light 16 is formed on the shutter 14. By using laser oscillation which causes the quantity of the laser light 16 passing the window formed on the shutter to be changed as the shutter 14 moves, soldering is performed. Thus the scattering of cream solder is reduced.
