PURPOSE: To secure a gear accurately to a rotary shaft through a push cam by making a gear securing mouth in the upper surface at the base of a hand press, providing a tool chuck moving vertically through handle operation with a tubular housing, housing a motor therein at the lower part thereof and then operating a lever. CONSTITUTION: A handle 16 is operated in a gear-securing mouth 14 in the upper surface at the base 12 of a hand press 10 to vertically move a tool chuck 18. A tubular housing 22 is coupled fixedly to the inside of the chuck 18 at the lower end thereof and a motor 26 is contained in a containing section 28, using a securing screw 24 fitted to the inside of the chuck 18 at the lower end thereof. A piston 32 is urged upwards by means of a spring 30 being set between the inner upper surface of the housing 22 and the containing section 28. When the piston 32 is pressed downwards by means of a lever 34, the lower part of the piston 32 advances into the motor containing section 28 to push the motor 26 and presses the motor 26 downwards by means of a cam 36. Consequently, the rotary shaft 52 of the motor 26 is secured accurately to a gear 68. |
