PURPOSE: To implement contact of a solder into a connection pin using no flux and prevent a high welding temperature, together with a corresponding thermal load by bringing the solder into contact with the connection pin using no flux after the winding wire rod has been wound and then by melting the solder at a soldering temperature. CONSTITUTION: Distal ends of connection pins 4 and 5 of a coil 1, which comprises the pins 4 and 5, and a starting portion 7 and a terminal portion 8 of a wound wire rod, are immersed into a solder bath 12, and solder droplets 10 are formed thereby. The solder droplets 10 are melted using a WIG-welding burner that is a heat source 13. An ark is added by causing a welding current to flow between an electrode 14 and the pin 5 using a current source 15. At the same time, a protective gas nozzle 16 prevents the joint from being contaminated by a relatively high soldering temperature of the arc. |
