摘要 A gaesoju (edible dog extract contg. oriental medicine) is prepd. by i) putting 15 kg dog meat, 1kg jujube, 200g licorice root, 300g rehmanniae, 500g ginger, 300g arrowroot, 200g atractylis rhizoma, 200g cinnamon bark, 100g eucommia leaves and water into a closed container, ii) boiling the mixt. at 100 deg. C for 8 hrs. and filtering, iii) mixing the obtd. extract with boiled glutinous rice and malt, and iv) fermenting the obtd. mixt. at 20 deg. C for 1 week and distillating to obtain the final product contg. 20% alcohol.
