<p>PURPOSE:To provide an information processor capable of supplying a power only to memory minimum in capacity required for the execution of an application and suppressing power consumption in the whole system by stopping power supply to another memory with high efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A bus is hierarchized by using buffers 510, 520, and the successive number of times of access to one page in the memory 200 is counted by using a counter 620, and access frequency to an individual page in the memory 200 is found. When the page in the memory 300 is accessed, the page is replaced by the one with lowest access frequency in the memory 200. In this way, the page with highest access frequency can be arranged in the memory 200, which stops the power source efficiently. Also, it is possible to suppress a load to drive a CPU 100 when it makes access to the memory 200 A by arranging the bus 101 so as to set the wiring length of it at the minimum length and to reduce a required power.</p> |
