PURPOSE:To prevent a developer carrier from shifting in the position due to the deformation of a frame body, to obtain an uniform and high quality image, and to miniaturize and lighten the device, by providing an image carrier and the developer carrier on the same frame body, providing a supporting member of a bearing member for rotary holding the developer carrier on the frame body, and making the modulus of bending elasticity of the holding member larger than the modulus of bending elasticity of the frame body. CONSTITUTION:In the process cartridge attachable to the image forming device main body, the developer carrier 12d and the image carrier 9 are located opposite to each other with a fine gap. At this time, the image carrier 9 is rotatably fixed at the both end on the bottom frame body 15, the developer carrier 12d is freely rotatably supported by the sleeve bearing 12i at outside of the toner layer forming area and the sleeve bearing 12i is mounted slightly slidable on the bottom frame body 15. Then, the reinforcing member 12p for holding the bearing 12i is composed of the synthetic resin contg. the glass fiber whose modulus of bending elasticity larger than that of the bottom frame frame body 15. Furthermore, the flange member and the gear member are integrally composed of the resin. |
