PURPOSE:To provide an optical parallel transmitter capable of reducing data deterioration due to crosstalk between adjacent channels. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting link means 1 for transmitting respective data in plural channels in parallel has an exciting light source 5 for generating exciting light and a light mixer 4 for mixing the data of each channel as signal light with the exciting light generated from the light source 5. A rare earth adding fiber array 2 amplifies the signal light mixed by the light mixer 4 in each channel connected to the means 1. A receiving link means 3 has a light receiving part 31 for receiving respective signal light elements amplified by the array 2 in parallel and a discriminator 7 for discriminating the existence of signal light from the light receiving part 31. |
