PURPOSE:To provide a method of manufacturing a multilayered ceramic board, wherein interlayer blisters are less produced in green sheets at degreasing/ preliminary burning. CONSTITUTION:Binder, solvent, and plasticizer are added to AlN powder to form slurry, which is formed into green sheets 1 and 1a. Tungsten paste P is printed on the green sheet 1, and conductor patterns 3a and 3b are formed. The green sheets 1 and 1a are dried up to reduce DOA as plasticizer in loadings to 20% of its initial weight. The green sheets 1 and 1a deplasticized enough are laminated, and the laminate is degreased, preliminarily burned, and then plenarily burned. |
