摘要 PURPOSE:To adjust the count value of a device for almost completely generating random hit probability by changing a distance between a radioactive substance and a semiconductor detection element by an adjusting mechanism (screw) and changing the absolute number of radioactive particles received by a detector to obtain target hit probability. CONSTITUTION:A bracket 2 having an L-shaped cross section is erected on a board 1 integrating a random pass generator in parallel with the board 1, a detector PIN diode D is fixed on the board 1 surrounded by the bracket 2 through a spacer 5 and respective electrodes are connected to a measuring circuit. A board part 7 is fixed to the tip of a screw 6 screwed into a screw hole 6 on the center of a horizontal part 4 to fix an Am film 8. When a solid angle at which the diode D receives a radioactive particle is changed by slightly rotating the screw 6 to obtain target hit probability.
