<p>Containers for cultivation of various kinds, of the fruit and vegetable, balcony and similar kinds, in which a water tank of predetermined volume which is used to automatically irrigate the crops for long periods of time is inserted. The container comprises a first and a second component part 11, 12 which act together, bounding a chamber containing the soil and corresponding crops and an internal chamber for the accumulation of the water reserve. These chambers communicate with each other and are shaped in such a way as to permit irrigation water to pass towards the above inner chamber and the subsequent rise of such water through capillarity towards the containment chamber.
