PURPOSE:To perform an automatic processing when a change is present by monitoring the specific change of held and stored document data and the other data. CONSTITUTION:The document data prepared and edited by a document data editing means or document data input means 7 are kept and stored in a preservation means 9, the kept and stored document data and the others are retrieved by a retrieval means, taken out and outputted to output means 3a, 3b and 5 and input monitoring means 2a and 2b monitors the presence/absence of the input of a user. The specific change of the document data and the others kept and stored in the preservation means 9 is monitored and when the change is present, the automatic processing is performed, the presence/absence or the user is judged from the presence/absence of user input obtained in the input monitoring means 2a and 2b and the time obtained in a timing means 4 and the automatic processing to be executed is changed corresponding to the result. |
