PURPOSE:To prevent an image fluctuation or improper cleaning due to the rise of the temperature of a photosensitive body via a sheet fed again after one-time travel through a fixing unit. CONSTITUTION:Regarding an image forming device equipped with a paper re-feeding unit 2 for circulating a sheet 15 delivered from a fixing unit 17 and again feeding the sheet 15 to an image forming section where a photosensitive body 5 is laid, a cooling fan 25 is provided for blowing the cooling air to the sheet 15 travelling through a sheet transfer passage 19 in the unit 2, and operated only when the sheet 15 is again fed through the unit 2, thereby cooling the sheet 15 travelling through the passage 19. According to this construction, the sheet 15 heated with the fixing unit 17 comes in contact with the photosensitive body 5 after falling in cooled state. |
