<p>PURPOSE:To provide an exciting flux uncontrolled three-phase full-wave rectifier of AC generator for vehicle in which the power loss is reduced and the cooling is simplified while eliminating the overcharge. CONSTITUTION:In a three-phase full-wave rectifier 19 comprising N-channel MOS power transistors 19a-19f, a high resistor 120 is connected in parallel with a parasitic diode Dd on the drain connection side of the transistors 19a-19c. Similarly, a high resistor 120 is connected in parallel with a parasitic diode Ds on the source connection side of the transistors 19d-19f. This constitution blocks overcharge, inhibits reverse current flow from a battery to a three-phase armature winding 5, and controls the output current by switching the transistors 19a-19f.</p> |
