发明名称 INSERTING METHOD FOR ELECTRONIC PART BASED ON GUIDE PIN RECOGNITION
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous insertion and achieve a high working ratio in the production of printed boards using electronic part inserters. CONSTITUTION:A visual recognition equipment judges whether guide pins for supporting the lead wires of an electronic part are properly projected through the electronic part insertion holes in a printed board (Step #5). Another visual recognition equipment judges whether the lead wires of the electronic part are properly supported by the guide pins (Step #6). If the above judgments reveals that the guide pins are not properly projected through a printed board or that the lead wires of an electronic part are not supported by the guide pins, then the lead wires are not clinched and the electronic part is discarded by a chuck tool (Steps #8, #9). If the guide pins are not projected through the electronic part insertion holes in a printed board, the insertion holes are detected again in the insertion position. Then the amount of deviation from the correct insertion position is detected to reduce variations in recognition accuracy of the recognition equipment (Step #10).
