CONSTITUTION:Document destinations are displayed as a document destination list picture 600 in order from the head. The document destination 601 is specified and the circulation or distribution is specified with a circulation/distribution button 605. When an addition button 604 is instructed at this time, destination management data are read out and destinations which are not found among the addresses 601 are displayed as an additional destination list 610. A destination once specified in the list is stored and deleted from the list 610. When a deletion button 603 is specified after the destination is specified, it is checked whether or not the list 610 is being displayed and when so, the specified address is additionally displayed in the list 610. With the instruction of an execution button 602, the circulation or distribution of the documents is instructed and carried out. |
