<p>A clamp for connecting a pair of scaffold tubes in mutually transverse relationship comprises central bodies (1) and jaws (2), each body (1) is formed with one eye (6), the base of which has a recession (10) to receive the two semi-circular lugs (8) formed on each jaw (2), the two lugs (8) and the eye (6) between the two lugs have correspondant elongated holes (11), through which a locking pin (3) extends, one end of the pin (3) is wide, the other end of it is thin, the two sides of the wide end of the pin (3) is each formed with one projection (12), on the inside of the hole (11) of each central body (1) there is one semi-circular hole (14) through which the projection (13) of the pin (3) at its thin end pass, the inside of the hole (11) in the lugs (8) of each jaw (2) is formed with two relative semi-circular holes (14), one of which near to the wide end of the pin (3) is blind hole (15).</p> |
