<p>A pyrano[f]quinoline derivative represented by general formula (I) and a medicinal composition containing the same as the active ingredient: (wherein n is a number of 0 to 2; R1 and R2 represent each hydrogen or optionally cycloalkyl-, hydroxy- or lower alkoxycarbonyl-substituted linear or branched C1-C4 alkyl, C3-C7 cycloalkyl, aryl, aralkyl, arylsulfonyl or C2-C4 alkenyl, or R1 and R2 are combined together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded to represent a 5- to 7-membered cyclic amino group wherein nitrogen or oxygen atom(s) may be interposed between the ring carbon atoms; and the broken line indicates that the carbon-to-carbon bond between the positions 9 and 10 in the ring may be any of single and double bonds). This compound is usable as an antithrombotic agent, platelet aggregation inhibitor, cerebral circulation and metabolism ameliorant, antasthmatic, anti-RAF drug, and cardiotonic agent.</p> |
